RETURNS
We hope that you are delighted with your orders but If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees).
We ask that all packaging is kept so that your item returns to us safely. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer a refund if your item is not returned in its original packaging.
You are responsible for choosing the correct postal service and adequate insurance to cover lost or damaged items.
We don’t offer FREE RETURNS but Items can be returned by you to our shop in Leigh on Sea free of charge.
- All Items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 24 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
- The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are unable to refund you for your postage costs.
- When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If your item is too big or heavy to return to the post office please email [email protected] or call 01702472371 to arrange a collection Please state the item and your availability for a collection. The cost of collection will be deducted from and your refund/credit note.
Please note the collection service is only available for UK mainland customers.
- Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from the receipt of delivery.
FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please email us at [email protected], within 24hrs of receipt of delivery.
When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement, repair or a refund for you.
Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
